- The request is made within 3days from the date of purchase.
- You have not completed more than 50% of the course.
- The course content has not been downloaded.
- Technical issues prevent access to the course, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing the course.
- You have completed or significantly progressed through the course.
- The request is made after the refund period has expired.
- The purchase was made as part of a promotional or discounted offer (unless otherwise stated).
3. Process for Requesting a Refund

- The reason for the refund request
