Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality online courses, but we understand that situations may arise where you need a refund. You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within  3days from the date of purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 50% of the course.
  • The course content has not been downloaded.
  • Technical issues prevent access to the course, and our support team is unable to resolve them.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the course.
  • You have completed or significantly progressed through the course.
  • The request is made after the refund period has expired.
  • The purchase was made as part of a promotional or discounted offer (unless otherwise stated).

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • The reason for the refund request
  2. Our support team will review your request within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 days.
